Need help with colors to accent "Oasis"

I am getting married late March 2011. I am not too picky when it comes to anything with the wedding, but I am having trouble with picking colors. I already have my bridesmaids dresses. They are wearing different styles of dresses in the "Oasis" color from David's Bridal. It is almost like a deep teal color.

 I was thinking of accenting with silver jewelry, but would like another color for flowers/decorations/etc. On the website it suggests pairing it with pewter, sangria, or champagne.. Does anyone have any good (or bad) ideas? Thanks! Smile

    I think silver would look good too.  As well, you could do silver with accents of one of the colors they suggest (do everything in silver and oasis, with sangria-colored flowers for example)

    Thank you both! I went to book my decorator/florist today and discussed colors. I think we are going with oasis, chocolate brown and orange. I have a sit down appointment with her next week to discuss types of flowers. Any suggestions on flowers? I love gerber daisies!

    Gerbera daisies are awesome :)  What about Orange tulips?  Do you like those?

    I would get a bunch of different flowers in the orange family.That way your flowers have a lot of texture and depth. I would ssk your florist what she thinks is best paired together. Personally I LOVE orange calla lilies

    I met with the florist this week and we decided on a few long stemmed, soft orange gerbera daisies with shoots of grass with crystal accents for the bridesmaids, and a big bouquet of the same with some creamy-white colored flower (I can't think of the name but I remember it starts with an "A") for myself. I'm getting more and more excited as it draws closer. We were just informed our documents for our Jamaican honeymoon have arrived and are ready for pick-up! Thanks for all your inputs! :)
