  You might want to reconsider your expectations about what you can get for your relatively small budget. You will be lucky to find a decent photographer for $1k that gives you 8 hours coverage and a disc, much less one that gives you an album and engagement session for that rate. Pro albums cost anywhere from 500-1000 alone (and this is just the price the photographer pays to the bookmakers, and doesnt include design time).

  
  

  Now I'm not saying that it isn't possible to find a good photographer for $1k, just saying that its a lot less likely that you will get all of the items you listed AND good photography for that price.
