Wedding Cake

I have struck out with two wedding bakers in Orlando and one in melbourne. Not to mention the friend of a friend and the mom of a friend. This has been the hardest thing for me to book!  Do these people really not want my money?? What is going on? I know exactly what I want I just need someone to make it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Don't be upset about using Publix. They do a beautiful job and their cakes taste so good! I looked into using them- I went to the Publix in WPV. The baker that does the wedding cakes was really nice and said I could set up a tasting whenever I wanted and she seemed really competent and able to make what I wanted. Don't Worry!!!!

Try Beverly. I didn't use her, because her daughter's wedding was right around mine, so schedules were hard to coordinae (And I booked mine WAY last minute- like 2 weeks before the wedding or something ridiculous like that) But she definitely has the skill, and her quote was very reasonable.

Sprinkles in Winter Park! We are getting our cupcake and top tier cake from him. He is super nice and they do free cake-tastings...as many as you want! The O My God cake is THE BEST! Also, the rates are amazing!

I always forget about sprinkles. My friends had their HS graduation cake from there (wow I can't believe that was 4 yrs ago... hah) and it was really good!!!!! I always thought they were expensive.. Its worth a shot.
