To elope... or not to elope....Any location suggestions???

I've been engaged for about two years and have yet to plan anything due to financial strain.  I'm over trying to scrap together cash and I'm prepared to run off and get hitched. Any suggestions on any locations here in Socal?

    When I think of eloping, the location that comes to mind is Las Vegas.  

    In Southern CA, you can go to a courthouse, get married on the beach, get married on a farm...the options are endless.  Palm Springs is nice (when it's not blazing hot) or you can do something coastal like Santa Barbara, San Diego, etc.  Just depends on what you want and how much you're willing to pay for it.

    Not sure about here in So Cal but for us, we are doing an actualy wedding in Laughlin, NV.through the Aquarius Hotel.  They have very small inexpensive all inclusive packages around $100.00 and up some which even include your room..  Ours is going to be about $3000 for the wedding ceremony, reception & food for 70 people including the cake.  No set up or clean up on our part.
