so who dosent want to drop a couple pounds before the wedding. well i think i may have found a way. I LOVE smoothies no matter what time of year. i love fruit and put them in smoothies however i have always had to make it with milk or ice cream adding like 10million callories. so now i make it with crushed ice. however i do have a blender that crushes ice. great investment. yummy well happy drinking.
