Alright ladies! Tell me what you got done this week! What's on the agenda for next week?

THIS PAST WEEK

-Finally found my shoes! I'm still not 100% sure that they are comfortable, but they are super cute

-Proofed my invites. I'll stare at them for a little bit tomorrow and then I'm going to go for the order!

-Worked on my music list for the DJ

-Looked at some ceremony stuff for the officiant

-Re-pierced my ears

THIS COMING WEEK

-send in the "okay" email for the invitations

-email my officiant with ceremony ideas

today we just ordered all of FH acessories boots, hats and gloves
i also got 97% of addy's for invites
ordered toasting glasses, handfasting cords and BM jewlery!

next week i plan on hitting the craft stores for decorations and diy gifts

Well once again (this is getting to be the routine) I haven't really done anything... I do need to get my butt in gear soon!

Hoping this week to atleast:
- Finish the centrepieces for the Wedding Party tables
- Decide for sure on a centrepiece for guest tables (I'm second guessing my mockup)
- Get some of those ribbon roses done cause I'm really falling behind on those!

-met with venue to set somestuff up

-finish invites (this has been on my to do list for awhile)

-buy under garments for myself

-send vases to get engraved for BMs

-call DJ and set up appointment with him

I didn't get anything done. I chose a date with FI to a stock car race instead of doing wedding stuff. I kind of sorted out the BM dress drama but they still have not been ordered. I also went with my mom and dad to the reception site and talked about more food issues and measured the tables to see what size wood I need for centerpieces.

This week I 100% need to go and figure out what I am doing about my wedding band, and I need to order BM dresses, since i no longer trust my girls to do it on their own.

Food and cake tasting! They were amazing

Ordered two more pairs of shoes

Ordered two pairs of earrings when I saw that amazon has free returns. I'm so indecisive!

Worked on the ceremony draft

This week:

Send 90 day deposit to the venue. When I got the bill I was shocked that we were nearing 90 days! And then I panicked a little

Email venue to finalize menu

Order a long line bra

We'll be camping over the holiday so that's about all I'll be able to get done

-Tried another cake tasting- it failed. They failed to even come out to help us after 40 miuntes of waiting.

-My mom and I started on our DIY invites and I just finished the pockets last night

-Met with Pastor to outline ceremony and do our "premarital test"

-My two BM got together with me and discussed a shower and bach party

- Picked up two BM dresses and discussed shoes and jewelry

This week...

-Meet my aunt to discuss hair styles and day of

-Buy jewelry and shoes

-Florist deposit

-Call for alterations

Last week...

Recieved invites in the mail - yay!

Ordered RSVPs (ordered separately from invites so we could get most $$ off from coupons)

Got our custom address stamp for back of invite envelopes - love it!

Ordered a plain stamp for addressing the rsvp envelopes

Ordered silk flowers for bouquets/bouts/corsages

Tried glitter+candle. Outcome=fail. One less DIY is ok with me.

Pruned the registries and added a few things.

Reviewed the part of the ceremony book with FI and picked out a few options for wording for the first half of the ceremony.

Sent contract for spot where we're staying with the bridal party in the nights before the wedding.

Sent cake deposit.

This week...

(Hopefully)

Recieve address stamp, rsvps, flowers

Continue obsessive hunt for shoes

Badger FI to decide on suits vs. tuxes, and get to a rental spot if he or GM will need to rent.

Choose a flower and send pic to cake baker for cake decor.

Sign, scan, and e-mail cake contract.
