My mom, sister and I went to a bridal show this Spring and were able to try 4 different booths. Our favorite, and the one I booked, is Dave's Photo Booth. The camera he uses in the booth is a professional one and so the quality of the pictures is really good. He includes props, a guest book, and really nice sleeves for the photos the guests take with them. Here is the link to his page.. Unfortunately looks like he has increased his price some since we booked, but HTH.

We used Red Eye Photo Booths for our June 4th wedding. We added on the guestbook option, which was a really nice keepsake. Their prices were reasonable & we were happy with the results!

I used http://www.accsvp.com/ They were the cheapest I found and they had great quality pictures that printed.  They are based in Ohio, but do Pittsburgh weddings as well.

I'm using Sweetpix Photobooth for my Jan 7th wedding.  I had met the owners at a relatives birthday party.  They were wonderful.... they are a younger couple just starting out, but their booth is awesome.  They have props and you can make a logo (whether it be a monogram, etc.) that you can have displayed on all the pictures that come out.  We are paying $690 for our wedding and you get a disk drive with all the images on it.
