Chapel/Church for ceremony site on the Jersey Shore

I am looking to have a protestant ceremony in a church on the Jersey Shore in Monmouth or Ocean county. However, I've had a lot of problems finding churches that are open to non-members/non-residents. My parents live in Lavallette but they're Catholic and we would like to have a protestant ceremony. We don't live in the area so we can't find a church we love and become members before the ceremony. Any ideas for churches who are willing to marry non-members?

The ones I've found so far are the chapel at Allaire state park - but it only seats 100 guests; and the Rutgers chapel, but it's a little far. Let me know if anyone has ideas! Thanks!

A friend recently used the Margate Community Church in Margate, NJ. It is pretty south, but neither she nor her (now) husband were members.

They also were able to take pictures at Lucy the Elephant following their service.

The church holds over 250 people:

    image95 No
