  • Joined Weight Watchers today! Totally motivated!! My goal is to lose 9lbs by Thanksgiving!

Went to Sprouts Farmer's Market and stocked up on fresh fruits & veggies and some raw almonds. Came home and made a vegetable (green & yellow onions, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, baby portabello mushrooms and green cabbage) soup, roasted sweet potatoes w/ apples and onions in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. I have enough for about 4 to 5 days (one serving of each per day).

I also made dinner for my FI and I; chicken strips cooked in olive oil in the pan w/ French cut green beans and white corn.

Confession: after all this healthy cooking and prepping for the week, I ate 2 chocolate chip cookies!!! (I baked them two days ago for my FI, but they're still around...)

Anyway, I'm setting up my WW eTools and iPhone App to keep me on track and trying to stay within my 28 allotted daily points.
