I am getting married at the Wynn Primrose courtyard on this Valentines day. I am trying to make it an elopement with family and bridal party only. No reception but we do have a party room in the Salon Suit at the Wynn I need ideas for saving for flowers?? Music ideas?? Cake?? Appitizers?? Hair/make up?? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT
