Ship it with lots of insurance and make sure the scheduled arrival date is at least 2 days before your wedding. There are always delays in shipping, especially coming out of Colorado. (View Post)

Very true! Adding 30% is a good number though, it gives you the chance to ball-park. 8-11% for taxes, 15-20% for service. :) Also gives you bumper for overs and unders. (View Post)
