   Whatever is on his driver's licence and social security card is his LEGAL name. So If I were you I would take that. In the future your fiance ought to try using that name for work and fiances as well as that will make both of your lives less confusing and complicated.

   What name will be on the marriage license? I am guessing it would be his "social" last name since that is what he primarily uses.What name do you want to take? What name would he want you to take?
