   Does anyone know the process for getting your last name changed after the wedding here in Franklin County?

   The first step is to change your social security card. Then do your driver's license, and all the rest of your bills, checks, etc. The ss card makes it offical. Your name isn't changed until you get your new social security card.

   The guy at the license office place said it really fast so I may still be missing part. Basically, after the wedding, you send a signed license back to the office, get a final copy of that (another $2), then take that to the SSN office, and then go to the BMV.
