   Hey everyone-I went to the vets memorial bridal show yesterday and came across 2 DJ's I'm interested in. I'd appreciate some info if any of you guys have booked/heard/met with any of these DJ's1. Team DJ-They are cheaper than the Columbus pro-Dj's and the guy (monty) seemed really cool and nice they are $695 for 5 hours…

   Of the DJs we met at the show, my mom and I were both most impressed with Columbus Pro DJs (or DJ Pros, whatever). I thought they were by far the most professional. The others were nice and helpful, I just thought the guys from Columbus Pro just had the best "elevator speech," if you will.

   I used Team DJ and while I see good reviews on a number of their DJs, we did not have a great experience with ours, Mike McSweeney. He didn't play the right intro music, played songs on the do not play list, and played a lot of the old typical wedding songs versus anything current.

   So I posted about these guys last night, and admittedly, I am biased as Terry is a longtime friend. That said, his deal is just absolutely unbeatable, 5 hours for just $200. I don't believe that includes much in the way of lights, but for a bride on a budget, you can not beat him! He is just getting this DJ business off…

   We went with buckeye entertainment 495 for 5 hours! best deal in town, i posted a comment about what I thought about team dj in the post above!

   i cant be of any help, i wasnt able to make it to the bridal show but I am also trying to get DJ's booked and would LOVE any recs from anyone here!!

   We're going with DJ Daniel Custer/Mac23 Productions for $500...that includes lighting and I don't think there's a time limit. I've seen him at other events and he's great! He's the vendor I think I'm most excited about.

   We are also using Byron from Buckeye Entertainmet. Best DJ we met and he was in our budget. We originally weren't going to have one until I found him thanks to Tiffany and other brides on here. Totally worth it.

   We used Jodi from Night Music and had a great experience with her. She was everything we wanted in a DJ - she only played music we wanted to hear and played the right thing at the right time, she kept the party going without talking on the mic too much, and she was really helpful with planning before the wedding, too.

    I know 2 previous brides who used Team DJ and after attending their weddings, we booked with them as well. I've seen both Todd and Monty and they were both GREAT! We've booked with Monty and I'm super excited..he's so fun and was even out on the dance floor dancing with the crowd at certain points throughout the night!
