@labro - Oops, didn't see that we were linking! I actually don't really have a specific recipe. I just put in what I like/feel like that day. Actually, I initially thought you meant "favorite regional recipe you order out" so obvs in TX it's some form of Mexican food!

I would have to say good seafood. Whenever we are on the coast, the seafood is so fresh and flavor full, I feel like by the time it gets all the way over here it's not as great. I love having fresh shrimp that has just been caught.

Another vote for seafood of any kind. On the flip side, while we were in DC, we a lot of BBQ places and Mexican food places advertised, and we were like, "No way! We have better places back home for that!" H also lamented the lack of Dr. Pepper in DC.

Clam chowder. It takes me less than 2 hours to drive to the oean, but it's still further than I'm willing to go to just pick up clam chowder on a whim. But seriously, the Oregon coast has some awesome chowder.

@LizzyTish88 - How many points do you get per day?

  • Options
@swazzle 30 Daily 42 Weekly. Depending on what I have left after dinner I might snack, so I leave room for extra points. That's why when I put it on here I don't usually get up to 30. Also, half the time BF will change his mind on what he wants for dinner and it ends up being more points then I had planned, so I like to have a few extra to account for that too.
