    Just doing my own thing. Me and 2 other girls at work have been doing it for 3 weeks now for bfast and lunch. Actually tastes really good. and fills me up for about 3 hours. I turn into sucha  b*tch when I'm hungry, lol. Def need the sweetness from the fruit in there. I also read a good recipe I want to try for one with peanut butter, greek yugurt, banana and 3 cups of spinach.

    this is kind of a stupid question, but what does the juice do besides give you nutrience and stuff? What is the benefit?

    fiance and I have been eating like sh**t this week since we have no groceries, have been doing nothing but going back and forth between the apartment and the house, and all our kitchen stuff is already packed up. It has really solidifed for me how horrible it is - and how bad i feel - when all we do is eat out. Luckily it's almost over!!

    We are going to do a 3 day juice cleanse together a little earlier than two weeks before the wedding and then just stick with clean eating - fruits, veggies, lean proteins - to make sure we are our healthiest selves on the big day. I hope I stick to it, because right now, we are both SUCKING at it.

    It's just a way to eat clean and healthy. Gets me my veggies! makes me feel awesome and cut weight usually too. Much better than eating processed junk.

    Basically you just get a sh*t ton of fruits and vegetables in an easy-to-consume quantity (since it's liquifies everything). For people who don't eat a lot of fruits and vegetables in whole form, this is a way of eating clean, whole foods in lieu of processed foods for at least a portion of your meals.

    As an unintended side effect, I usually do this because it boosts my mood, it makes my skin really clear, it makes me "feel healthy" (for whatever that's worth), and it makes me crave fruit and veggies again. When I get into an eating slump I start adding in green juice to my diet and it basically re-sets my healthy eating habits.

    For people who need to lose weight, it also has that as a side effect, although you'll likely gain the weight back if you jump right back into fries and hamburgers.

    ETA: I was typing too slow. hahahaha

    I'm sorry! But going to 5th Ave will have to be a little fun right????? I havent been to NYC since I was in the 8th grade on a grad trip! I am hoping FI takes me there for my 30th bday in January!!!

    I have a fantasy of going on a carriage ride led by a white horse in central park in the winter when it's snowing and totally getting lucky under the blanket inside with FI :-) Anyone else have a crazy fantasy like that?

    It's weird how much better I feel when I juice. That's one of the main reasons I keep doing it.  Subbing a green juice out for a lunch just feels so gosh darn good, regardless of the science behind it.

    lvissers - HA. I totally do NOT want to do that because those horses smell terrible! However, it is very romantic in principle.

    I have a fantasy about getting lucky on the airplane to South Africa. Chances that happens = 0% because fiance falls asleep on airplanes in about .000002 seconds.

    our suite at our resort on our honeymoon has a private plunge pool on the deck and I have a fantasty about making use of that private pool, along with lots of naked swimming. I'm not really sure that this can be considered a fantasty, because I am 99.9% it's going to happen.

    I also have some fantasies involving Ryan Lochte but that isn't really what we are talking about now, is it?

    I know in reality it woud never live out to be what I fantasized about, lol. Oooh Ive always wanted to join the mile high club too!!!! I wonder how peopel pull it off though, because those bathrooms are tiny! I just imagine coming out with a blue leg from the tiolet water. haha. it is def on my to-do list!

    But I wanted to say hello and HAPPY Friday!!  Of course I slammed at work today..Boo but at least next week is a short week and our summer hours start (half days on fridays) Yippie!~

    So I had to comment on this!

    With an old boyfriend a longtime ago we got a little busy on an airplane.. obviously not the full dead but some other stuff it was fun.

    ALSO if you fly Luthstansa some of the planes now have the 2nd floor that is actually just a bunch of restrooms.  They are still small but much less obvious that the two of you are going in to you know what :)

    I have been to NYC 3 times and my second my Aunt and I went to Tiffany's and we were in awe especially on the diamond floor so I am totally jealous you get to go to tiffany's!! HAVE A BLAST!

    It's where I got fiance's wedding band and honestly, it really is SO cool. They offer you champagne and bring you into a private back room. You feel pretty special.

    I'm still pissed we're doing this like 2 weeks before the wedding.
