Anyone have their wedding at the Art Factory in Paterson?

Hi Brides! 
We are an unconventional couple looking for a very unique venue. We found the Art Factory in Paterson which is very different and we LOVE. The only problem is we are having trouble with follow up with the owners. Anyone have a celebration there or had dealings with them? I really want to give them a chance but their lack of returning emails and calls is making me nervous to actually sign on the dotted line...

    I'm curious about this place.  I've never heard about it and when I googled it it looks amazing.  Would love if you went with them or found someone who did.
