    B:  my running-late breakfast, WW bread + sunflower butter + sliced banana + honey, toasted till it's gooey inside and crunchy outside!
    L:  leftover Irish Beef and Stout Stew, blackberries (ETA to add 1/3 avocado, for fat)
    S:  apple, larabar
    D:  Autumn Stuffed Acorn Squash (inspiration LINK), paleo cranberry sauce (LINK), bacon-wrapped green beans, dessert is fresh pineapple!

    E:  clean the house (basic picking up, hanging up laundry, vacuuming, dishes, etc.) and this 8-minute workout (LINK)...  Wednesday's are my busy weeknights.  I'll be lucky to get the house cleaned, dinner cooked, and this workout in while still making it to the church by 7 PM.
