Flameless Sparklers

Has anyone ever used or heard of flameless sparklers, and if so, can you recommend where to buy them from? My wedding venue prohibits the use of pyrotechnics. Pls help! Thx!

I've heard of flameless candles, but not sparklers. I used smokeless sparklers inside for my wedding, but I'm pretty sure it's not what you are  talking about bc they are VERY pyrotechnic-and-whatnot...

It's a sparkler because it has flames...how else would it be a sparkler?? 

By the way, I'm also disappointed that my venue/state doesn't allow them
