cheapest catering prices per person

Just wondering what some of the cheapest per person catering costs are that some of you guys have found. I've only just started looking...some places are like 60 per person, which is definitely out of my budget! Names of affordable caters would also be appreciated

We're going with Bistro to Go... she makes AMAZING food.  We're waiting on our final price proposal, but it should be around 30 a person!

Stratwood is 32 dollars per person I believe. We are using them at the Syria Mosque

Our Little Secret has a wedding package for 45/person including open bar for 5 hours.

We are using Clinton with Strictly Business Catering, and having three entree options for a sit down dinner, two passed appetizers, cake cutting, cookie plating, basic linens, and bartenders (we are providing the alcohol) is $29 a person. We've really enjoyed working with him so far!

I am not sure how elegant your reception is but The Springhouse in Washington PA is very inexpensive, and they have homemade food. (We hired them for our wedding this past July!)
