Las Vegas Style Wedding Invitations - Help!

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone maybe able to help me....?

I have been looking for months and months for Las Vegas 'style' wedding invitations for my wedding next year. I had loads of time to get these sorted and now I'm running out of time!

I have found a few on sites such as Etsy but most have a minimum order of 25 and sometimes even 50. As we are travelling from overseas we don't have that many coming to the wedding! I have contacted several suppliers and most believe it or not don't come back to me which I find really odd! Maybe they don't want my business as I don't want to order as many invites!

This is becoming frustrating for me and I have started to look at 'normal' style invitations but everyone I like want a minimum order!

Has anyone else had this same issue? If anyone can recommend any suppliers anywhere in the world I would really appreciate the help!

Thanks,

Dee

  • Where are you shipping to? I used vistaprint.ca (search for Vegas) and it worked out great. But that was shipping in Canada. I also looked at invitationsbydawn.com and magnetstreet.com but they only ship to Canada and the US (although invitationsbydawn says you can use myUS.com to ship from the US elsewhere, but I haven't tried it).

  • Basically, I just searched for "Vegas" on any online invitation site that shipped to Canada. You could try that with whichever country you're in. Good luck!

  • We had a similar issue so we ended up doing a wedding website, but for our home reception we are doing Vegas style invites and have had a friend who does graphic design create an image for us which we are then getting printed through Vistaprint so there are no minimum order issues. Maybe you could approach the Etsy vendors to see if they would do a quote for personalising one of their designs for you and emailing you a print-ready pdf of it?

  • We got our invitations from Wedding Paper Divas. We didn't get Vegas style invitations, but they have really good customer service, and you can order as few as 10 invitations. If you only need, say, 8 invitations, you could always keep the extra ones as keepsakes. My mother asked for an extra one for her scrapbook.

  • I used Zazzle and you can order any number you want. The more you order the cheaper it gets. Search for Vegas, they have lots of options.

  • I made my own on VistaPrint during one of their sales, so that helped the cost and I believe you could order in like groups if 10, so that helps! I know they have a few Vegas options, but I had an idea that I wanted to use for it so that is why I did my own, so if you have an image you like for Vegas, I bet that would work!

    Good luck!

  • I also used wedding paper divas because their orders start at 10.  I have a 15% off coupon code that you can PM me for.  When you look on sites, make sure you search for more than just vegas, something like chips, poker, dice, casino, luck, lucky.  I've seen a ton of different sites.
  • We are travelling from the UK and had a small number of bespoke invites made by www.angelfins.co.uk. Excellent service, check your proofs carefully, hope you've managed to find someone!
  • Hi-hope I'm not too late! I have just sorted my invites using Julie from odd lot weddings on etsy. She had a Chicago skyline design and I asked her for a Vegas skyline and she has one! Great email contact and totally styled to us, the invite made it clear that we are marrying in Vegas and inviting people to a party when we return, I'm really happy with them and best part is that she emailed me the final file for us to print exactly what we need. I have had a quote for 50 5 by 7 colour invites on silk paper only £15. Julie charged $18 for the design work so really good value. I would definitely recommend. My plan is to add to red glitter card and then black card that has red ribbon tie. I think will get all the invited done for less than £50! Hope this helps x
  • I used etsy. You can usually message the person and let them
Know how many you need and they will work
    With you (that's what I did) :)

  • When I was looking, magnetstreet.com had some cute one's on there.
