Hi all, (this is my first post!)
For our 2015 wedding, we are looking to get stationary that is all (or nearly all) hand calligraphy.
I want it to have a very organic and romantic feel to it, more like a handwritten letter than a cookie cutter letterpress invitation. With either the entire thing hand-written, or just our names in large and beautiful script.
I was wondering if you Northern California brides and grooms have had good experiences with any calligraphers, what you paid for similar-style work, and if you think I should simply buy beautiful paper to deliver directly to a contracted calligrapher, or work through a stationary shop?
Any thoughts, experiences, or pictures you'd like to share are appreciated!
