Good morning everyone!

First off, thanks everyone who read and replied to my post about my mom's crazy friend. It's a hard situation and it's really nice to hear support from people :-)

So last night I talked to a photographer (Joey Kennedy) for the first time and we are going to meet with him on Thursday! I am really excited about this. I chatted with him for 40 minutes about all kinds of random stuff, so even though I haven't had a chance to sit down with him, I feel really comfortable with him already. I don't know if anyone on here has used him but he has excellent reviews on wedding wire.

Other than that, the FI and I went and walked around Carson Street, and stopped at Ritas on the way home. Since I am from Louisville, I am just discovering Ritas :-) I am now in LOVE with italian ice. It was so nice to walk around outside last night in the warmer weather.

GM! Last night FI and I did a long yoga workout (i know im going to feel it today!) and watched dancing with the stars. I was bummed though because I missed Hines! I'll have to remember to record it next time!
Other than that I finished up some laundry (seriously I feel like I ALWAYS am doing laundry) and went to bed early.

sarilynn - exciting about talking with photographers! If I remember correctly one of the older knotties used Joey and really liked him. I wish the warmer weather would stick around longer... its such a tease!

Morning!!
My stamps came in last night!!!! I'm SO excited! So I spent my evening putting the stamps on the envelopes - they are now just need to be sealed and will officially ready to go! Couldn't be more excited.

I too watched DWTS - it was pretty good! Hines did great! He's adorable and has a really nice butt (lol) sorry, but that's all I could think of while watching him! ha! I was also blown away by Kirstie Alley! IMO she did a phenomenal job!

So, I'm super excited because my dad is coming in tonight! We're going to dinner with FILs then just back to the apt to hang out. He's in town until Friday when we will drive back to Pgh together - I'm excited to see him and spend some time with him!

Sarilyneep - I LOVE Rita's! I can't get enough really... I agree though, it's the best walking around outside as the weather gets better

db - Yoga sounds amazing... I had the prime opportunity to work out last night because my class was canceled but instead ended up sitting on the couch doing my stamps... I'm such a bum...

Morning!

Somehow I got a little off schedule and now I'm working a 9am-11pm shift in lab... I prefer getting up early, but it is nice to have 6h of no people time once the 9-5 workers leave. 

I'm hoping to have some free time to call 1-2 more florists today, but I'm thinking we could wrap that up in the next couple weeks.

sarilynn - Heather (26summer) used Joey and loved him.
db- yoga sounds awesome...i still think its so great you guys work out together!

Good Morning,
Yesterday I slept most of the day away from working night shift, boy did it feel good to get some sleep. But it is sometimes hard to adjust from nights to days, but I make it work somehow. I didn't do much yesterday, just some laundry and look through the Sunday ads.
Today I have off so I am going to do more laundry, it somehow always piles up. This afternoon the FI has a track scrimmage, so I'm going to watch him coach during the meet.
Wedding planning wise, I'm hoping to make a DJ decision soon. FI and I met with Jodi from Accents Unlimited and Adele from Audible Art by Adele. We like both so it's a tuff decision.
sarilynn - I am a rita's fanatic! I'm glad you discovered them here in Pittsburgh. They have some many choices there and it just makes my taste buds happy.
db - I almost missed seeing hines last night, too. He did a great job! Maybe you can see a recap on the news. I know they were showing in on WTAE.
gmc - way to go with the invites! your labor of love is almost complete!

Good Morning All!

My search for shoes and a cardigan have ended. Last night I went to Macy's to look again for a cardigan, no brown, but found the random blue turquiose one, which I hate (but it was better than none), but my BM- who is another sparadic knottie- saved the day and is bringin a brown cardigan for me to where.

So, I looked for shoes at: Penneys, Aldo, Bakers, Macy's, Nordstrom, DSW, NIne West, Nine West Outlet, Steve Madden and the Shoe Dept. and could NOT find plain brown peep toe pumps... actually no brown pumps anywhere! I like them, and I like the somewhat chunkier heel. So glad to be done with that!

Tonight, I'm getting my eyebrows done and a mani/pedi. I'm going to try the Opi gel for my nails! So excited for my shower this weekend!!

I know last night was so nice.  We did some yard work and then sat with the neighbors and had a drink and caught up.  I hate the winter when we are all cooped up inside.  It is so nice to see everyone out and about. 
I didnt know Rutas was open yet.  I was just weondering that myself.  Guess I will have to stop and get one.  Yum
