Wrap Bridesmaid Dresses

My dream bridesmaid dresses are from a company called Two Birds http://twobirdsbridesmaid.com/collection/classic/. They make a style of dresses that can be wrapped in 15 different ways. I would love for my bridesmaids to wear the same color and wrap them each in a unique way. That way they are matching without being too "matchy-matchy." However, these dresses are WAY over budget at $270 for the short dresses and $310 for the long. Has anyone seen any similar type dresses that are more affordable?  Thanks!

those convertible dresses are horribly unflattering unless you are very tall, and VERY thin.   Unless you have all size 2, 5'9" BMs, I would skip them. 

Consider just picking a color and fabric at Davids Bridal, Dessy, Mori lee or Alfred Angelo and letting each BM pick their own style.

I have one of these, I got it from Avon for about $30...and yes they are VERY thin.  I can deal with because of the spanx!  But it's essentially a sheet of lycra, which is NOT very forgiving.  Shop around and google 'convertible dresses' and you should be able to find a myriad of much cheaper options.

If you still want to go with these types of dresses despite the issues they may pose, there are numerous etsy sellers that make them at more affordable prices.  Just make sure you read the seller's reviews and ensure that they are not coming from China.

I tried one on and it looked so, so bad. I'm a size 0 and 5'2. Picking a color and letting your BMs buy something off the rack is so much easier for everyone. I told my bridesmaids knee length and navy and they looked stunning. If not, I always recommend ModCloth.com for cute, affordable dresses.

These sound awesome in theory, but they never look as good on normal people, it's hard to wear a bra with them and they're super thin.
