For all the May 3rd brides out there - have you heard that Mayweather will be having a fight on our day. I love the money team but the dynamics of the day and the weekend is going to for sure change with all the fight promoting that will be going on and not to mention the prices for everything will sky rocket . Gosh I just had to vent.

    I had a feeling that might happen.  There is always a big fight on that weekend (Cinco de Mayo).  Is it at MGM?

    Did you get a room block?  


    We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

    I was in Vegas for the last Mayweather fight and OMG the cost of rooms was one thing but TRAFFIC on the strip was RIDICULOUS! There were people everywhere.

    I have not booked a block of rooms I'm just letting folks book and stay where they choose . I' will be staying at the Vdara so we are all booked. I'm not sure if its going to be at MGM next year

    Missmo14 girl I know , we thought about getting a party bus for that evening to do a strip tour but it looks like it will be a waste of time. My wedding is in the afternoon and reception is over by 5pm so we have the whole night gosh we might just go to the fight lol

    What??? This is horrible! I have the room blocks taken care of but I'm worried about all the traffic during our photo strip tour! Most of our time will probably be wasted in traffic when we could be taking pictures. This sucks.

    We have our strip tour too! At 6 I'm not sure how much it'll affect us but I'm hoping not too bad! I really want to get as many pictures as possible hopefully the traffic won't be a problem
