D:  chicken and broccoli stir-fry with brown rice, pineapple and mango

E:  did this work out last night, it was killer!
25 burpees, 5 KB swings
20 burpees, 10 KB swings
15 burpees, 15 KB swings
10 burpees, 20 KB swings
5 burpees, 25 KB swings
plus I did 25 modified push-ups this morning
