EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED
CUSTOMER!! After ordering my magnet (out of the MAGNET section - why would the
price be for a card when it’s a MAGNET?) I was called and told that they were
switching their magnet providers and so my order would be processed as a flat
card. I told them that my receipt clearly stated I was ordering a magnet and
the price listed on their website was listed under the magnet section, where I
clicked on a magnet option and customized as needed. They told me that if I
wanted to order a magnet I would need to pay an additional $1.50 per magnet
(and ADDITIONAL $255)!! There was NO such notification or indication of a
change in their magnets noted on their website. I asked if there was anything
they could do to accommodate my order with a more reasonable price, considering
the circumstances. They said No, there is nothing we will do. Not even nothing
we CAN do! I cancelled my order, and all respect for the company when they
would not honor the price quoted on the site or even offered a discount to make
up for THEIR mistake. Now it’s back to square 1 to find a reputable company I
can count on to print my save the date magnets!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
