Catholic Church in a scenic area of Texas?

Our ceremony must take place in a Catholic church, but I don't want that to limit me from having the wedding somewhere naturally beautiful, like around hills or on the water.  So I'm wondering if there are any scenic areas in the hill country maybe, or somewhere else I'm unfamiliar with, that have a nice Catholic church and some options for wedding reception venues. Anyone know of any?

St. Peter the Apostle in Boerne is a gorgeous church, with wonderful oak trees on the property.  They just opened the Cana room, if you choose to have the reception on site as well.  Note that the interior of St. Peter's is done in the new layout, where the pews face each other.

Comfort's church is new, and sticks to the traditional front-facing pews.  However, there is not much landscaping on the outside of the church.  Any outdoor photos will have to take into account the large powerlines in the background.

I've heard Fredricksburg has a beautiful church but haven't seen it for myself.
