Winter Brides! What are your flowers!! Help!!!

I'm in a bit of a panic...A little less than a month away from the big day and I just contacted my florist to confirm things. I had asked for any small white delicate flowers for my bouquet- the ones in my "dream bouquet" were sweet peas/peonies . At the time my florist said sure no problem, someone will have them but now nope, no can do. he sent me examples of what he can get and its all huge roses :( I need suggestions/ideas on how to salvage this. Any winter brides have flower suggestions?
This was my dream bouquet:

  • What about ranunculus or garden roses? I love peonies, but they were too expensive so my florist used garden and English roses that she let open for a few days. They had the same lush look as peonies but for much less. We had a different color palette than you, but this gives you an idea of how good roses can look:

  • It sounds like you're looking for the soft flower look and roses are too rigid. Is that right? If so, what about hydrangeas or camillias in place of peonies and stock or freesia in place of sweet pea? There's also star of bethlehem, amaryllis, carnations, baby's breath.... there are tons of white flowers.

They're probably just showing you pictures of roses because roses are expensive. Google image pictures you like with these suggestions and tell them that's what you want.

  • Check out lizianthus too. My florist recommended for my winter wedding. I really love garden roses too.  Soft, big, open, kinda like peonies.
  • I'm going with white roses.

  • My bouquet is very similar. I wanted blush and white peony's. Since my wedding is March 1 they may not be available, so enlish tea roses are by backup. Also, white stock would work instead of sweet peas, and whie hydrangea as a base would really fill it out.
