Online Invitations

I am planning on sending online invites from paperless post. What do you ladies think???

Re: Online Invitations

  • I would be worried that my guests would get it then forget it.and you still have to pay for those so why not just go with actual invitations??
  • I would also worry about older relatives who don't use the computer a lot or maybe people who don't check their e-mail often. Also, a lot of times I've missed stuff like that because I thought it was spam e-mail.

  • Yeah, I would worry about it ending up in peoples spam box and they don't see it.  If you are doing it to save money, I would suggest getting blank invites from a store like Office max, Party City, even Joann Fabrics and Walmart have blank ones you can get for $20 for a box of 50.  They come with invites, response cards, and envelopes for everything.  Yes, you're still paying for postage, but get to the post office before the new year, and pick up forever stamps.  All stamps, including the pretty wedding ones are forever stamps now, and the price of postage is going up Jan 1st.  So if you get them now, they will be cheaper and still work when postage goes up in price.
