Question about invites and warning guests lol

The wedding is on a privately owned ranch and is on dirt.  How do I warn the guests? How would I word it on the invites?

I agree with @alisonmarie658 and that you shouldn't put that on the invitation. I would take her quote and put it on a wedding website or just by word of mouth.

You don't issue "warnings" on invitations themselves.  As @alisonmarie658 mentions, put it on an insert or a website.
