Self-Identity Loss / Crisis?

Interesting topic. I don't expect to go through anything like this. We've been living together for 3 years so we have our routine down. It's not like I am going to suddenly be expected to be a "wife" by making him lunch and dinner and doing the laundry (I already do those lol) so I don't expect anything to change between the way we interact with each other and our roles. We are both very much our own people as well, I've never been the type to meet a guy and ditch my friends and make my life about him. I still go out with my girls, and shopping by myself, playing in a soccer league, hanging out with my sister and nephew and he goes golfing and snowboarding with his best friend. We believe we are here to enhance each other's lives but not BE each other's lives.
