Okay, I can't remember who posted the recommendations for the recipes this morning for me, but if you could do so again, I would really appreciate it!!

    I rec'd beer cheese dip and spinach artichoke dip. :)

    someone had posted an actual recipe for the spinach dip, was it you? Dangit, I knew I should have written it down then!

    It was me :)


    1/2 stick of butter
    1 medium onion
    (sauté together)
    1 block of cream cheese
    1- 16 oz carton of sour cream
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    2 pkgs frozen spinach (squeeze dry)
    1 can of artichokes (I prefer to dice them)
    2 cups cheese (cheddar or jack works great)
    2-3 TBS of hot sauce (to taste)

    Heat altogether in a sauce pan.  Works great in a crock pot too!  Serve with tortillas!

    Another favorite is cheesy chilli dip (other ppl have called it sh!t dip? Wink!)
    1 Block of Velveeta
    1 can hormel chili
    Salsa if you like it spicy
