Alterations Expert Recommendation Needed

Hi Guys!

I am about to purchase the gown of my dreams (Tara Keely 2200) and need an expert alterations guru. I currently live in Texas and have to purchase the gown here (for timing issues) but will have to get it altered in DC because we are moving there in February.

I've heard a lot of salons won't take in dresses that they haven't sold. Can anyone recommend somebody awesome to put my mind at ease??

    I always recommend Ellie's Bridal. They carry Jim Hjelm (same design house as Tara Keely, I'm pretty sure) and definitely take gowns from any bride.
