I'm hopelessly rummaging my way to a "frugal" wedding! I'm looking to buy some gently used flower vases and votive candle holders. I need vases that are the same diameter from top to bottom, so that I can cover them with decorative paper. The votives can be most any kind as long as they aren't colored. Any ideas..let me know.
