XP: RSVP insert wording for online/by phone RSVPs

I am doing RSVPs using our wedding website and phone. Before it turns into an issue of me doing online RSVPs...Yes, I already know some don't like this, I have had the topic on other boards and myself and my guests (with the exception of older folks who will get a mail back RSVP w/ stamp) will be fine with it. 

My question is how to I word the insert directing them to RSVP by those means? I had planned on:

We have reserved ___ seats in your honor

Please RSVP by [Date] via [website] or [phone #]

Do I need to state to also view the website for travel/lodging accommodations? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

    We have a lot of international guests so we wanted to let them RSVP by email. I couldn't find an example, either. So I just ended up choosing, "Please reply by email by the fifth of April" and then my email is underneath.
