Ceremony/reception venues in San Diego that are beautiful?!

Planning for summer of 2015, my fiancé and I would like an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, approximately 130 guests. Any recommendations of somewhere modern and elegant ? Trying to stay under 24k. Thank you!

Tom Ham's Lighthouse. Modern California feel with a view of the downtown San Diego skyline. Pricing in reasonable and the whole venue just got remodeled.

Also, If you need a great caterer who will make an addition to your outdoors theme give XXXXXXXXXXa call.   They cook on-site and have beautiful presentation & excellent customer service. Creates a unique atmosphere for your wedding.
