I used to be one of you, but I moved to Dallas to escape the winters!
My parents are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year, and I want to plan a party. What are good, smaller, non-country venues in Sioux Falls? The knot & weddingwire isn't much help...just gives a few huge venues.
