Recent Punta Cana weddings at jellyfish?

I have a few questions about a DW in the DR at Jellyfish! I'm wondering if there's a resort close by (walking distance) that would be best to stay at. Also, is there a need to have a wedding planner here in Canada (ie. do I just need a travel agent or a wedding planner/travel agent?)?

I just responded to another one of your posts! I have heard of so many brides having their weddings at Jellyfish. Do they have all-inclusive packages there? I honestly haven't been able to find much on this place, but hear it's fantastic...

Haha obviously we are on the same page regarding our weddings!

I received an email with a price list etc from Jellyfish that I can pass on to you if you are interested. Their prices significantly increased from others' I had read on bestdestinationwedding.com. I have a colleague who is getting married at Jellyfish this week so I'm hoping to touch base when she's back! The pictures at Jellyfish look unbelievable! I thought it would be special to have the wedding off-resort (makes it feel like a real wedding!) but my concern was if people have kids etc and need to get back to the resort (or forget something.. or have a medical emergency) it might be hard to get out of there.
