Why did I take this job?! Vent

I was totally excited to start my new job this week and it is already making me miserable. Aside from the fact that the office has no heat what so ever and I am freezing I have received all of five minutes of training before being expected to deal with customers and then get yelled at the second I get off the phone because I did something wrong and my manager spends the rest of the day ridiculing me for it. Three days at a job should not be long enough to  want to develop a drinking problem I should have just finished off my unemployment

Oh no. I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like you work for my company. You have all of my sympathies.

that's really unfortunate! Can you say anything to HR about you feeling your training was lacking?

There's no HR the manager is also the owner and is a bitch who really needs to learn some people skills.

FI is awesome I got home from  work last night and he poured me a glass of wine and started asking a million questions about the job. Once he heard that this company has the shittiest turnover rate ever (the last 4 employees have been let go in less than 2 months) he sat down and started doing math and realized we were better off sticking to me being on unemployment. I called work this morning and she agreed it didn't seem like a good fit. I called unemployment and they said I can continue getting my benefits they will just deduct a little from the next check for the days I was working.
