How did you guys go about estimating how many rooms to reserve at your resort? Did you send out an informal email or something asking who would be serious about coming to your DW? We are working with Nanda and she suggested that we do something like that.
She told us that you can only cancel 25% of the rooms if they don't get booked. But you also want to book a good amount so that you can lock in that group rate?
