strangest "day of" advice

What was the strangest bit of day of advice you were given? 

Mine so far is (and it's strange to me maybe not to anyone else) is: 

 "You should give yourself an enema the night before and the morning of"

What??? That sounds like terrible advice. I think the worst I got was something like "don't eat the morning of"

The girl says she did it to reduce bloating day of and to make sure she didn't have to poop while in her wedding gown. Seriously... I wish i was making this stuff up.
