HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT FLORIST

so the florist for Riu Tropical bay Palace is responsible for decor and Bouquets of my DW. However, Getting in contact with this company has been impossble they want me to call in which is costly...They do not respond to emails so I waited up to a month once before calling to get a response...They are vey kind but have me nervous about using them for my wedding....My WC gave me another florists but im wandering will I have to foot a larger bill since they do not have the packages set up with them directly....Help has anyone else had this issue from overseas vendors.....

The wedding coordinator should be assisting you with getting in touch with them. Has she sent them an e-mail and copied you asking them to contact you? Also, as much as it may stink, you may have to bite the bullet and call, even if it's just once. I tried to do everything over e-mail for my wedding in Australia, but I ended up having to call down there once to make a change to my package. It was just something that was too important to convey over e-mail. Unfortunately, it's just part of the process when not getting married close to home.

Well luckly the florist called me with sincre apologies.....I looked at the other florist she advised me of but I was not sold on them and was very happy I will be working with the original company...I will take your advise and call from now on to remain on top of things
