Would you wear one?

This just popped up on Yahoo!: the wedding jumpsuit. I gotta say, I wouldn't choose it, but for that really daring bride out there...I'm not mad at it. http://shine.yahoo.com/fashion/wear-onesie-wedding-see-latest-trend-bridal-fashion-164400619.html

Re: Would you wear one?

  • Well my mom wore a silk top and white slacks to her wedding.
  • My mom wore a skirt suit. I find jumpsuits are flattering on very few people. I woud wear it over a crop top though!
  • Myself, no, b/c I do not think it would be flattering on me, but I wouldn't judge a bride who did wear it as long as it was flattering, the same way I would only judge someone's dress if it wasn't flattering.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • Agreed. I think very few brides could pull a jumpsuit off, but if they could it has the potential of being pretty cool. I knew a girl back in my 20s who used to wear rompers, and while she didn't have the body type that you would think could pull that off, it was mostly about confidence and attitude.
  • I personally wouldn't wear one, but depending on the venue, I could see people doing it. Say you have someone that might doing a casual vegas thing but wants to wear white but not a dress. It could be cute.
  • I'm top heavy and short. Things like that look terrible on me. I like the idea, but it's definitely not for me.
