Las Vegas Strip Post-Wedding Dinner (Tropical Style Restaurants)

I'm looking for ideas for Tropical-themed restaurants to host a little (30-50 people) post-wedding dinner at. I would LIKE to spend around $35/person. So far, I've found Bahama Breeze and Tommy Bahama's. I LOVE Tommy Bahama's, but it's a bit over-budget. Bahama Breeze is okay, but I'm not a fan of the menu choices for group dining. Also, I would like it to be on the strip so all of us could maybe walk or take the monorail from the Flamingo (where we've getting married). I guess these would be our best travel options since we are such a large group. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Please don't post in colored ink, it's difficult on the eyes.  I also suggest you try the local board for Las Vegas.
