I am freaking out *vent*

I just ordered really gorgeous invitations online. I went back through my order to change something and when I did I somehow nearly doubled my order!!! I didnt realize until after checkout because it didnt update right away. Now my order went from under $300 to almost $500. I called the company and emailed them. But its 2:30am on a Sunday so of course they are not open so I am at home freaking out that they may not cancel the portion that I dont need and give me the money back.
I so sad right now.

    Call first thing Monday morning.

    They showed the proof online as you create it. I am not concerned with how it will come out I am worried that they wont cancel the portion that I dont need.
    I left a message and an email within minutes of seeing the error. They also have an online ticket process that you submit when there is a problem with your order. Usually it is for after you have received your order and you dont like it but I put one of those in for good measure too.

    I ask about the proof because our order was never sent to print until we received a proof back from the company.  This would give you time to at least call them and they would probably cancel the extra invitations since nothing was printed. 

    If you are expecting no further proof, I'd get on the phone as soon as they open.

    I understand. I am hoping since I emailed right away and called that they will check messages before they start printing for the day. The positive is that only 25 extra printed invitations were ordered. What jacked up the price so much was the pocketed sleeves I ordered with it. I went to make sure I liked the color and it doubled the order of those to 150 from 75. I am keeping hopeful that since its just a matter of gathering and shipping those, they will be willing to cancel those and refund me the money.

    If it's through weddingpaperdivas, they don't ship the order until you approve the proofs. Like you have to go to their screen and click approve for the front and back of the invites.

    If you call first thing, you should be fine!

    No it was through basicinvites.com. I called them and they cancelled my totals and recharged me for the proper amount. :)
