I'm having my wedding in MA, but I currently live in PA. I will be calling tmw to find this info out, but I thought I'd ask if anyone happens to know - to apply for intent to marry, do both parties need to be present together? My fiance and I will have a very difficult time getting up to MA together with our busy schedules (he's a medical student making his availability very infrequent, and when he does have time to go, I can't get away from work). If we don't need to go together then I can relax. Does anyone know?
