Think I found a venue (Aria), but could use some advice!

Hello Everyone!

Sorry to keep blowing up this topic, but deciding on a venue has become much more stressful than I thought!

I met with Aria and fell in love! Everything was so beautiful in there, and they are definitely willing to work with our budget. The only problem I had is I am interested in having a December wedding, and we would have to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one room. Has anyone done this there before? We would be in the small ballroom, and I am really concerned that there is going to be way too much commotion going on.

 I could handle having the ceremony and reception in the same room if we could go somewhere else for cocktail hour, but do not think this is going to be an option in December or even the ceremony in a separate space (or a church) and the cocktail hour/reception in the same area. Any advice would be great!

    Hi there! I'm an Aria bride getting married in October! I absolutely fell in love with the place even before it was opened! I do know that before the small room was finished, they had a bunch of weddings in the big ballroom. One bride was supposed to have an outdoor ceremony but it was bad weather so they moved it indoors, to the hall that you actually enter the two ballrooms from. I'm not sure if that would be an option considering the timing of your wedding and if there is another wedding going on, but worth asking. And I do believe that bride comes back on the boards sometimes, so perhaps she'll chime in at some point!

    Hello! I actually just made the decision today to go with Aria! We decided to go with a church ceremony and will have our cocktail hour and reception in the same room As far as pricing it depends on the day and time of year, but $80-$110pp

    i wanted to use them but my price range was up to 75 a person i ended up finding a nice venue testas in southington amazing they have a package deal with dj cake and flowers for your tables so if you are a bride and on a tight budget look into testas

    A friend of mine recently married at Aria!  It really is a gorgeous venue!
