Ordering Bridesmaid dresses from Etsy?

Hi! Does anyone have experience ordering bridesmaid dresses from etsy? The shop I am looking at has the right color mint (which is extremely hard to find) and is the right price, but I am a little nervous because we will be ordering 9 dresses without anyone trying on a sample. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Ist the shop based in China? Do the prices seem too good to be true? What are their reviews like? How long have they been open? Does the photo seem like a stock photo/come up when you do an image search under a different designer? Make sure you do your research. There are legitimate sellers on Etsy, but you have to be careful.

The shop looks great, I even saw a review from someone who ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses from the shop and left a good review.  Seems like you're looking at a good quality product, although if I were you I'd message the shop owner and ask how much time it would take for them to make 9 dresses.  You may have to place your order super early.  

If you're worried your bridesmaids won't like how it looks on them, you can always see if they'll try on a dress with a similar shape and neckline to decide if it's something they feel comfortable in.  Also be aware that rather than sizes, this shop asks for your measurements, so you're going to have to get all your BM's together and measure them.

They look legit. I second @HaileyDancingbear. I would message them to make sure they can do 9 dresses within your time frame.

I'd also check in about returns. I'd be nervous to purchase something I'd never tried on and not be able to return it if it didn't work out.

I ordered my 3 bridesmaid dresses from a seller based in China and had an excellent experience.  The seller had great communication with me and assured me that if something came incorrectly that I would be able to return.  They came in exactly as pictured and fit the girls perfectly, no alterations needed (I did order them an inch longer than needed just to be safe)!  It's so much more reasonable than a bridal store and is perfect as you can get them custom made so no alterations are needed!

David's Bridal has mint!! Just a backup... I've never had experience with buying dresses online, though it is something I'm considering for my BMs... Hope it works out for you!
