L: Salad with blue cheese, black beans, hard boiled egg, deli turkey, slivered almonds, jalapeno cheese, beets and reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
S: Carrot sticks with jalapeno cheddar sour cream dip
Pre-workout snack: jalapeno cheese and grapes
