Monday Accountability

Happy Monday everyone!!!

B: Black coffee, Apple, Cheerios, Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich

L: Salad with blue cheese, black beans, hard boiled egg, deli turkey, slivered almonds, jalapeno cheese, beets and reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

S: Carrot sticks with jalapeno cheddar sour cream dip

Pre-workout snack: jalapeno cheese and grapes

D: ? We have leftover pizza, I might have that.

E: 2 hours of Zumba since I won't be going to the gym tomorrow.

  • B:  2 breakfast tacos (corn tortillas topped with pork carnitas, egg, cilantro) and a big glass of fruit/veggie juice (carrot, celery, green apple, orange, spinach, lemon, ginger)

    L:  chicken, veggie, corn meal dumpling soup; banana

    pre-WO snack:  apple + larabar

    D:  paprika chicken with smashed black eyed peas, roasted green beans


    WO:  Insanity W4D1 (Pure Cardio + Abs Workout)

  • thanks @cu97tiger! I am a little disappointed because I haven't seen much change, but I'm determined to finish the program.  I think we're going to do T25 next!
  • Ugghhhh today I feel fat and tired and bloated and I don't know why. I ate well all weekend and drank lots of water and even worked out yesterday. I'm hoping it's just a symptom of the meds I'm on for my sinus infection.

    B: Banana, bagel, cream cheese, coffee - 8 pts

    L: Vegetarian wrap - 8 pts

    D: Lasagna and salad  12 pts

    E: Forgot my workout bag this morning. Hoping to at least take the dogs on a walk this evening after work. 1 hilly mile is better than nothing at all.

    This evening my venue is hosting an open house and there will probably be drinks and snacks and desserts there so I'll just have to be careful. Right now I'm at 28 pts for the day which is where I'd like to stay.



  • I was super busy yesterday so I hardly got any internet time...with that being said I hardly ate anything! I couldn't even manage to eat breakfast or lunch by the time I got home. I had coffee and a Cliff Bar or whatever they're called.

    H made dinner for me and we had Beef tenderloin with mushrooms and onions. Also this leftover orzo salad that is really yummy!

     

    E-CrossFit- I'm almost doing Strict pull-ups now instead of using bands. I'm excited to feel stronger.
